When you are "in escrow"
The buying and selling of real estate can be complex and requires the cooperation of buyer, seller, real estate agents, lenders and others.
Our function as Escrow Holder is to act as a third party which receives and carries out the written instructions of all the principals to the escrow. Additionally, we will receive documents, lenders' instructions, title reports, and act as a depository for money. When all documents required to complete your transaction are in, all written instructions to us have been complied with and all money required has been deposited, we will then "close" the escrow.
