As an independent, neutral third party escrow service provider...
we must meet the stringent requirements of the Department of Corporations, which assures that every licensed escrow company has met the highest standards in the industry. Consumer protection regulations unique to licensed escrow companies include, but are not limited to:
- A Certification Program for all escrow officers in the company's employ, including fingerprinting and background checks by the Department of Justice.
- A requirement that an escrow officer with at least five years experience be on-site.
- Financial stability requirements.
Our mission is to provide independent, professional escrow services for residential, commercial, mobile home and refinance transactions. This means maintaining awareness of and adapting to current legislation, trends and technology. But most of all, it means listening to the needs of our customers and keeping them informed in a courteous and timely manner.
